CARBON STEEL GIRAFFE BONE- OSTRICH BONE SPEAR POINT KNIFE

This is another custom MAB spear point hunting knife made from carbon tool steel billet by me, Mark Buzzell (MAB), right here in Maine. This hunter is 7-5/8 inches overall with a 3-5/8 inch tool steel blade 1/8 thick, 7/8 inch wide with a 58 rockwell hardness. The handle is made from some great looking exhibition grade stabilized giraffe bone, with some rare stabilized ostrich bone, very hard to get, but it makes such a nice handle spacer. All the brass and nickel silver guard finish off this great hunter. The handle on this one fits perfect in your hand as well. The knife is a full tapered tang construction with three copper custom pins. This one's built nice and rugged so it will hold up when you're using it in the field. The knife has been hand sanded to 2,000 grit for a mirror shine on the blade and a glass look on the handle, I also hand filed the top of the knife blade with the “double wave” pattern. All my file work is done by hand with a chainsaw file and a small triangle file. (Not with a dremel like some builders call file worked) The knife will come with the custom leather sheath made by Carl Thomas to fit your knife nice and snug. The knife will also ship with a zip up knife case for storing your custom knife when it's not in use. All my custom knives come with a hand signed COA telling more about the knife, when it was made time spent and so on. This one of a kind should last a good many life times and would make a great knife for the hunter that should have the very best. Shipping inside the USA is $6.00 for priority mail with delivery conformation, insurance is included. SORRY NO INTERNATIONAL SALES
