CUSTOM MAB COCOBOLO HANDLE DROP POINT KNIFE

This is another custom MAB medium drop point hunting knife made from a carbon tool steel billet, (Old Nicholson File) by me Mark Buzzell (MAB) right here in Carmel Maine. This medium drop point knife is 7-1/4″ inches overall with a 3″ inch tool steel blade with a 2-3/4″ inch cutting edge 1/8″ inch thick 7/8″ inch wide with a rockwell hardness of 58. The handle is made from some great looking stabilized Cocobolo wood with some stabilized Giraffe bone. The brass spacers finish off this great little hunter. The handle on this one fits just great in your hand for a snug grip. Knife is a rat tang construction with a brass corby nut in the end so it will hold up if you decide to give it some use in the field. The knife has also been hand sanded from 220 grit to 2,000 grit for a mirror finish on the blade and a glass look on the handle. I also hand filed the top of the blade in my new “Trible” pattern. All my file work is done by hand with a round file and a half round file, Not with a dremel like some knife builders do and call file worked. so as you can see I put a lot of time into every one of my knives from fit and finish, To file work, So each knife can be used in the field or saved as a collectors piece for years to come. Your knife’s custom sheath was made by Carl Thomas of mississippi. Your knife will ship in a zip up knife case and come with a coa and a dvd telling more about the knife, Time spent when it was made and so on. This one of a kind should last a good many life times. Shipping is $6.00 for priority mail with signature conformation and insurance. SORRY NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
